Welcome to GSCanalysis. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our software-as-a-service application operated by GSCanalysis ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our service.

1. Description of Service

GSCanalysis provides web-based analytics tools, visual reporting, and automated SEO recommendations using data pulled from Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). This includes, but is not limited to: keyword and page performance tracking, SEO opportunity detection, AI-powered recommendations, GA4 traffic and engagement analytics (sessions, users, engagement rate, events, conversions), channel and source/medium breakdowns, geographic reporting by country/region/city, landing page growth analysis with breakout detection, device category splits, and period-over-period comparisons (MoM, YoY).

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

  • Account Creation: You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Authorized Access: You confirm that you own or have explicitly been granted administrative access to any Google Search Console properties and Google Analytics 4 properties you connect to GSCanalysis.
  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer the source code, or use our tools for illegal or unauthorized activities.

3. Subscriptions, Fees, and Cancellations

  • Billing: Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Billing occurs on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) according to the selected plan.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your billing dashboard. Access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or specified in a dedicated money-back guarantee promotion.

4. SEO & Analytics Recommendations — No Guarantee Disclaimer

  • GSCanalysis provides insights and recommendations based on algorithmic and AI-driven analysis of Search Console and Google Analytics 4 data.
  • Search engine optimization (SEO) and website analytics are subject to complex third-party algorithms (e.g., Google Search, Google Analytics) outside of our control.
  • GA4 metrics, event tracking, and conversion data are provided as reported by Google and may be subject to sampling, thresholds, or processing delays inherent to the GA4 platform.
  • We do not guarantee specific ranking improvements, organic traffic increases, conversion rate changes, or search revenue growth as a result of using our recommendations.
  • Implementations of suggested changes are done at your own risk and discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Our IP: The software, source code, designs, algorithms, graphics, and trademarks associated with GSCanalysis remain the exclusive property of GSCanalysis and its licensors.
  • Your Data: You retain full ownership of your data, website property assets, and content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data strictly to provide services to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GSCanalysis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, traffic, or goodwill—resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the service.
  • Any changes made to your website based on platform recommendations.
  • Any service interruptions, server downtime, or third-party API outage (including Google Search Console API, Google Analytics Data API, and Google Analytics Admin API availability).

7. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the platform with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which GSCanalysis operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
